Busca a personas que puedan aportar desde diferentes \u00e1ngulos. Ser\u00e1 mejor si pertenecen a departamentos distintos al tuyo, esos que ser\u00e1n afectados por el proyecto y cuyo involucramiento ser\u00e1 indispensable.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Busca personas, no ideas<\/strong>. Rod\u00e9ate de las personas adecuadas. Ellas te dar\u00e1n las ideas que necesitas y te ayudar\u00e1n a conseguir los recursos para llevarlas a cabo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Crea sentido de comunidad<\/strong>. Re\u00fane al equipo, preferentemente en forma presencial. Inicia provocando que compartan sus ideas: posibilidades, riesgos. Haz que se miren y se conozcan, que sepan qu\u00e9 puede aportar el otro. Esto reduce bareras.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Provoca compromisos<\/strong>. Al finalizar la lluvia de ideas y los primeros acuerdos, inv\u00edtalos a que cada uno comprometa algo espec\u00edfico, tanto para el proyecto como para el trabajo en equipo exitoso.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Trabajar en tu ecosistema es indispensable y genera desarrollo organizacional.
