margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, en mi experiencia como consultor donde literalmente trato a cientos de ejecutivos, constantemente veo que estas sesiones suelen tener cuatro defectos comunes: se hacen a prisa, son improvisadas, no cuidan que haya crecimiento y se centran solamente en aspectos de tarea.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pocos dan importancia a planear las conversaciones con sus colaboradores y son menos a\u00fan quienes cuidan construir<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;la relaci\u00f3n personal, base de la colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva. De aqu\u00ed estas recomendaciones:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Dale importancia<\/strong>. Haz sentir a tu colaborador que te importa conversar con \u00e9l. Programa la reuni\u00f3n en el calendario y honra este tiempo: evita cancelar por cualquier motivo y descconecta el smartphone.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Planea la conversaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Estructura y anota los temas a tratar. Clarifica las prioridades, d\u00e9jale saber los criterios de actuaci\u00f3n y los puntos finos a cuidar. Preg\u00fantale siempre<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;si tiene otro tema que desee comentar.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Afirma sus cualidades<\/strong>. Inicia la conversaci\u00f3n haci\u00e9ndole saber lo que ha hecho bien y eso que valoras en \u00e9l\/ella.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><font face=\"tahoma, geneva, sans-serif\"><strong>Estimula el aprendizaje<\/strong>. Cuida que cada situaci\u00f3n sea la ocasi\u00f3n para aprender algo nuevo y hazlo expl\u00edcito. Y si el colaborador falla, haz que la experiencia se traduzca en ense\u00f1anza y no en rega\u00f1o.<\/font><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><font face=\"tahoma, geneva, sans-serif\"><strong>Cultiva las relaciones<\/strong>. Da espacio a saber c\u00f3mo se encuentra y a hablar de los factores suaves. Promueve relaciones s\u00f3lidas entre los miembros del equipo y con los clientes internos.&nbsp;<\/font><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0;
