Debes <strong>gestionar y educar<\/strong> al equipo. Reflexiona y conversa con todos ellos sobre este fen\u00f3meno y sobre la mejor forma de trabajarlo. Si se se\u00f1ala bruscamente ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s perjudicial: har\u00eda sentir mal tanto a la mujer como a quien la reduce y, lejos de resover, agravar\u00e1 el problema.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Tambi\u00e9n es \u00fatil <strong>retar a los hombres m\u00e1s influyentes<\/strong> para que tomen la responsabilidad de estimular la contribucion femenina cada ocasi\u00f3n que tengan para hacerlo. Refuerza los comportamientos positivos haci\u00e9ndolo notar y dando reconocimiento a quien lo hace o lo promueve.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n ayudar\u00e1 fijar alguna <strong>norma del equipo<\/strong>. Por ejemplo: No atropellar ni interrumpir a quien expone una idea.
