Tales circunstancias provocan que incluso las personas m\u00e1s capaces tiendan a retroceder y termien por asimilarse a las formas establecidas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">En mi experiencia en procesos de transformaci\u00f3n en las empresas, he visto que la<\/span><\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0baja del impulso del cambio suele tener origen en<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: normal;\">factores sist\u00e9micos y falta de seguridad<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>psicol\u00f3gica, m\u00e1s que en deficiencias en el desempe\u00f1o de la persona.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Necesitamos<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: normal;\">ent<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: justify; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong style=\"line-height: normal;\">ender y gestionar las fuerzas<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>que provocan esta especie de conformidad que lleva al estancamiento.
