Pon tus ideas en claro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\tEscribe en un papel los puntos que quieres hacerle ver y elige los realmente centrales.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tBusca ejemplos que ayuden a que tambi\u00e9n \u00e9l vea claro lo mismo que t\u00fa y otros ven.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tEnf\u00f3cate en la causa ra\u00edz. Toma los efectos pero busca la base que los origina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t<strong>2. Cuida las emociones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\tPiensa lo qu\u00e9 tu colaborador siente. Ve m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tu \u00f3ptica, ponte en sus zapatos. Explora las posibilidades a partir de c\u00f3mo es \u00e9l y no de c\u00f3mo t\u00fa crees que debe ser.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tUsa el tono de voz correcto, es el 40% del mensaje que env\u00edas y da los matices necesarios para reducir la malinterpretaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tCuida tus expresiones faciales, tus gestos y corporalidad dicen m\u00e1s que todo lo anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t<strong>3. Enf\u00f3cate en el futuro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\tTen siempre presente qu\u00e9 es lo que necesitas provocar en el otro.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tUsa los recursos que ayuden a lograr esto y deja lo que distraiga.<\/li>\n<li>  \t\t\tLo sucedido no es tan relevante como lo que suceda a partir de hoy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;
