Tu desacuerdo \u00bfpodr\u00eda percibirse como inter\u00e9s pol\u00edtico o busca claramente el beneficio para la organizaci\u00f3n?&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Crea empat\u00eda. <\/strong>Muestra una visi\u00f3n amplia. No comiences por expresar los motivos que no te agradan personalmente o que afectan tu funcion. Haz ver las consecuencias que tal cosa podr\u00eda traer m\u00e1s adelante para otros departamentos y para el negocio.&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Crea credibilidad. <\/strong>Cerci\u00f3rate de tener informaci\u00f3n completa y no incurrir en un juicios parciales antes de expresar tu desacuerdo. Busca informacion y verifica los datos, consulta sobre lo que tienes duda o puedes tener una percepc\u00edon d\u00e9bil. Apoya tu dicho con datos duros.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>\u00abRebota\u00bb antes tu idea.<\/strong> Platica con tus colegas de mayor confianza. Oberva sus reacciones.&nbsp;Toma su parecer.&nbsp;Si no logras convencerlos a ellos, probalemente no lograr\u00e1s convencer a los l\u00edderes de mayor nivel. P\u00eddeles ideas sobre qu\u00e9 se requerir\u00eda para persuadir a aqu\u00e9l grupo.
