Unos tips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>1. Dentro de tu organizaci\u00f3n<\/u>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Es muy \u00fatil que <strong>varias personas entrevisten<\/strong> a los candidados, lo que ampl\u00eda las posibilidades de una mejor exploraci\u00f3n desde varios \u00e1ngulos.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Una pr\u00e1ctica cada vez m\u00e1s difundida es formar un <strong>panel de selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en el que participen quienes interactuar\u00e1n con esa persona (<\/span><em style=\"font-size: 14px;\">stakeholders<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">) porque est\u00e1n relacionados en el proceso y trabajar\u00e1n con ella: el jefe inmediato de la posici\u00f3n, colegas laterales y clientes internos.&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Es importante definir los <strong>criterios de selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;con los miembros del panel: los factores de \u00e9xito en la posici\u00f3n y las caracter\u00edsticas relevantes que debe reunir el ocupante, a fin de tener un entendimiento com\u00fan y par\u00e1metros claros para explorar en las entrevistas y tener una opini\u00f3n fundada.&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Una vez que todos hayan entrevistado a los candidatos, &nbsp;se reunir\u00e1n para discutir la informaci\u00f3n e impresiones obtenidas, y llegar a una <strong>opini\u00f3n consensuada<\/strong>. De esta forma no s\u00f3lo se aumenta la base objetiva de la decisi\u00f3n, sino se habr\u00e1 ganado mucho para la interacci\u00f3n del d\u00eda-a-d\u00eda, al haber involucrado a los interesados.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Las preguntas que surjan en la discusi\u00f3n del panel ser\u00e1n la <strong>base para formular las preguntas a verificar<\/strong> hacia afuera de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. &nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>2. Fuera de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/u>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Busca personas que hayan tenido&nbsp;<strong>experiencias similares<\/strong>&nbsp;de interacci\u00f3n con el candidato.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Primero que nada <strong>describe&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>la posici\u00f3n<\/strong> que buscas cubrir y los retos que \u00e9sta tiene. No pidas una opini\u00f3n abierta de la persona sin antes dar el contexto de tu inquietud.&nbsp;<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Si el consultado ha visto al candidato desempe\u00f1arse en <strong>circunstancias similares<\/strong>, pregunta: \u00bfcu\u00e1les eran sus retos? \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucedio de relevante? \u00bfqu\u00e9 hizo ante ello? \u00bfqu\u00e9 resultados obtuvo?<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">No veas solamente lo funcional, sino <strong>considera el contexto<\/strong>: \u00bfc\u00f3mo era el estilo de las personas con quienes trabaj\u00f3 y la&nbsp;cultura?<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Indaga sobre las <strong>competencias suaves<\/strong> y el nivel de inteligencia emocional de la persona: \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan consciente es? \u00bfqu\u00e9 autocontrol tiene? \u00bfc\u00f3mo toma responsabilidad? \u00bfqu\u00e9 tan emp\u00e1tico es? \u00bfse sabe relacionar? \u00bfc\u00f3mo reacciona ante el conflicto?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00bfqu\u00e9 tipo de motivadores tiene? \u00bfmuestra deseos de aprender?<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Si el candidato mostr\u00f3 alg\u00fan desempe\u00f1o cuestionable, explora \u00bfqu\u00e9 tanto dependi\u00f3 de <strong>la circunstancia<\/strong>?
