Buscan acelerar la innovaci\u00f3n y son esenciales para la adecuada <strong>conexi\u00f3n entre las \u00e1reas<\/strong> que participan en los procesos horizontales de negocio. <\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Pero frecuentemente los equipos fallan y no cumplen con los resultados deseados: mejoras o ahorros esperados, colaboraci\u00f3n expedita, sinergias, fechas previstas. Y esto se debe en gran parte a que&nbsp;<strong>falta<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;enfoque sist\u00e9mico<\/strong> en<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Muchas organizaciones poseen <strong>pr\u00e1cticas pero sin consistencia<\/strong> o son ejecutadas d\u00e9bilmente. Por ejemplo: no hay estrategia clara o \u00e9sta no se comunica correctamente; vemos acciones de gobierno que resultan inconsistentes o son incongruentes entre s\u00ed; hay una pobre cultura de responsabilidad (accountability) sin especificidad en la fijaci\u00f3n de objetivos, sin cuidado en su alineaci\u00f3n, en la forma de medirlos y recompensar por ellos. <\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Es necesario que los l\u00edderes <strong>definan roles y responsabilidades<\/strong> claros entre los distintos miembros de un equipo multi-funcional. Debe existir un l\u00edder de proyecto establecido: una persona sobre quien recaiga la responsabilidad del cumplimiento, que tenga interlocuci\u00f3n con la alta direcci\u00f3n, y capacidad de gestionar y destrabar cualquier situaci\u00f3n. <\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Todo equipo multi-funcional debe tener los <strong>b\u00e1sicos del management <\/strong>para&nbsp;cualquier proyecto: metas espec\u00edficas (con los criterios SMART), recursos definidos, fechas de terminaci\u00f3n y consecuencias claras. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Se requiere tener tambi\u00e9n: un presupuesto aprobado, una tabla de prioridades, criterios de gesti\u00f3n y l\u00edmites de autoridad definidos.<\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t\t<font face=\"tahoma, geneva, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Finalmente, el l\u00edder del proyecto debe <strong>recibir el empowerment<\/strong> necesario para posicionar el \u00f3bjetivo como el n\u00famero uno en&nbsp;<\/span><\/font><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">el equipo. Para esto, es necesario darle poder de gestion sobre el presupuesto, la revision del desempe\u00f1o y contribuci\u00f3n a resultados, as\u00ed como sobre la compensaci\u00f3n a los miembros. &nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
