margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">En mis a\u00f1os de experiencia como directivo y como consultor, he visto&nbsp;<strong>casos que rompen los criterios de predicci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>comunes: candidatos que, con grandes capacidades y curr\u00edculas de \u00e9xito, muestran un triste desempe\u00f1o al llegar a una nueva empresa. O, el caso contrario, personas que no hab\u00edan tenido estabilidad laboral ni&nbsp;una trayectoria lineal de ascenso, y logran una contribuci\u00f3n sobresaliente cuando se incorporan a una nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda o interact\u00faan con personas diferentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;
