Se crean frases y carteles atractivos, pero no se cuidan los comportamientos ordinarios.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Las evidencias muestran que casi todos los <strong>productos exitosos tuvieron fallas<\/strong> en su proceso de generaci\u00f3n. Es bien conocida la an\u00e9cdota de Tom\u00e1s Alva Edison que refiere c\u00f3mo tuvo que pasar por innumerables fallos&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">para lograr sus inventos<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ninguno de nosotros nace sabiendo.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">El error es conatural a la vida.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Nuestras competencias son la resultante de&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">errores que supimos convertir en aprendizajes<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">El desarrollo personal y profesional ha sido el c\u00famulo de una larga historia de experiencias prueba-error. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Los l\u00edderes en las empresas&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">desean incentivar<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;-con la mejor intenci\u00f3n- que se hagan cosas diferentes, pero no se dan cuenta que las programaciones culturales van en sentido opuesto y nuestros <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">patrones sociales de conducta inhiben <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">la pretendida innovaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Hemos sido <strong>educados para ver el error<\/strong> y reprimirlo. El error es mal visto y castigado en nuestra sociedad. No haber hecho bien la tarea o saber la respuesta en la escuela era castigado. Se legitima burlarse de quien comete un error, mientras que nos cuesta dar un reconocimiento a quien acierta y posee cualidades.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La innovaci\u00f3n no florece si en la empresa y en los equipos de trabajo no hay \u00ab<strong>presupuesto para el error<\/strong>\u00ab. Si el jefe rega\u00f1a al menor fallo de quien lleva adelante un proyecto. Si en la junta de trabajo se tolera que los compa\u00f1eros se mofen de la idea que se sale de lo establecido. Si lo \u00abbien visto\u00bb es premiado por encima de la idea arriesgada.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Los seres humanos <strong>tenemos una profunda necesidad de seguridad<\/strong> (2\u00b0 nivel en la pir\u00e1mide de Maslow). Hemos crecido con <em>deficit<\/em> en esta dimensi\u00f3n y de forma natural nos cuidamos y evitamos cualquier fallo, porque lo hemos asociado a sus consecuencias negativas.<\/span><\/span> <\/div>\n<div>  \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>  \t<span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">El reto de los l\u00edderes de hoy es <strong>construir espacios de trabajo seguros<\/strong>, donde cada persona sepa con certeza que cuenta con recursos para aprender y que, si se equivoca, tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de aprender. Estos espacios no existen, hay que crearlos.
