Siempre <strong>hay algo en juego<\/strong>: una postura, recursos, apoyos, mi imagen, etc. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Para ser asertivo en una negociaci\u00f3n, necesito tomar <strong>conciencia de mi posici\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en mis dos conversaciones. Para negociar correctamente con la otra persona, necesito ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de mi posici\u00f3n inicial, y encontrar y tener presentes los puntos que hay en com\u00fan con el otro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">En la conversacion interior contigo mismo, trata de ser m\u00e1s asertivo. Preg\u00fant\u00e1te: \u00bfqu\u00e9 pienso, siento y deseo sobre ello? \u00bfqu\u00e9 conviene y a qu\u00e9 estoy dispuesto? Recuerda que la asertividad es la <strong>afirmaci\u00f3n de tu propia persona<\/strong>&nbsp;: de lo que piensas, sientes y deseas. Un vez que lo hagas consciente, expr\u00e9sate y comp\u00f3rtate congruentemente con ello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">As\u00ed que ve un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo obvio y <strong>reflexiona por qu\u00e9<\/strong>: \u00bfRepresenta esto un reto? \u00bfes de tipo emocional o reta mis competencias? \u00bfrompe mi zona de confort? \u00bfme da miedo? \u00bfqu\u00e9 me implica?
