Y no se diga si t\u00fa eres el l\u00edder del equipo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Si bien <strong>la motivaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es una competencia que <strong>nace del centro de la persona<\/strong>, como han explicado Stephen Covey (victoria privada) o Daniel Goleman (inteligencia intrapersonal), tambi\u00e9n depende del medio ambiente que rodea a la persona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">Lo peor que un l\u00edder podr\u00eda hacer ante el bajo entusiasmo de un grupo de colaboradores es desmotivarse. Esto no resuelve el problema, solamente lo agrava. Pero es la reacci\u00f3n en la que incurrimos frecuentemente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El <strong>l\u00edder puede ser un factor <\/strong>decisivo en la motivaci\u00f3n del otro y, para ello, el l\u00edder debe centrarse en estos <strong>cuatro esenciales<\/strong>: marcar el rumbo, dar sentido de prop\u00f3sito, alinear el trabajo y motivar e inspirar al equipo. Y a<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">qu\u00ed hay 4 cosas que puedes hacer para aplicarlo a comprometer a tu gente todos los d\u00edas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Fija una visi\u00f3n. <\/strong>Marca el punto de llegada (como en un GPS), hazles ver el avance que tienen y por qu\u00e9 \u00e9ste es relevante. Describe todos los beneficios que vivir\u00e1n las personas al llegar a ese punto y las ventajas que con la organizaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Facilita el progreso.<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"> Los empleados se sienten comprometidos cuando sienten que avanzan en sus objetivos. Fija objetivos claros y ofr\u00e9celes recursos que apoyen su progreso.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Haz que el trabajo sea significativo.<\/strong> Tu empresa no necesita una alt\u00edsima misi\u00f3n para lograr la atenci\u00f3n de los empleados. Ellos s\u00f3lo requieren ver que sus acciones contribuyen al valor de la empresa, al servicio o producto que brindan.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Reconoce y recompensa.<\/strong> No esperes a que se cumpla una meta. Agradece todos los d\u00edas por el trabajo hecho y refuerza positivamente por la manera como lo realizan.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Prueba esto y nos cuentas c\u00f3mo te resulta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;
