Pero la paradoja es que somos seres en desarrollo y sin pedir ayuda no crecemos.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Esta creencia limitante provoca problemas graves en las organizaciones, pero que es silencioso: falta de crecimiento en&nbsp;las personas, equipos que no trabajan de forma abierta, y las capacidades de la organizaci\u00f3n que no aumentan. Todo reduce su efectividad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">  \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Estas ideas nos ayudar\u00e1n a saber pedir m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Preguntar es inteligente<\/strong>. Cuando preguntas est\u00e1s mostrando honestidad si no entendiste algo, conciencia de la importancia que tiene, y proactividad por tu deseo de aprender. Hemos crecido con el paradigma de que preguntar es de tontos o que pedir ayuda es de ineptos, y necesitamos cambiarlo por este nuevo: \u00a1preguntar es propio de personas inteligentes!<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Pregunta inteligentemente<\/strong>. Al hacer una pregunta usa un enfoque proactivo. Hazla poniendo claro aquello que quieres evitar por no tener una comprensi\u00f3n clara del punto, de los factores vinculados que pudieras no ver o del efecto que tal iniciativa tendr\u00e1, as\u00ed como de los factores de \u00e9xito que deber\u00e1s considerar. No te expreses con un insulso, \u201ces que no entend\u00ed\u201d.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Ten claro lo que necesitas<\/strong>. Si necesitas ayuda con un proyecto, t\u00f3mate el tiempo para escribir tus metas e identificar tus necesidades. Identifica lo m\u00e1s importante, enumera los pasos a seguir y los recursos necesarios para lograrlo. Haz tu petici\u00f3n en el marco de las necesidades.<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Pide inteligentemente<\/strong>. Muchas peticiones se estructuran (o redactan) tan mal que son dif\u00edciles de responder. Tu petici\u00f3n debe ser espec\u00edfica, significativa (explicar por qu\u00e9 es necesaria), orientada a la acci\u00f3n (pedir que algo se haga), viable (que sea razonable y posible) y acotada en tiempo (di cu\u00e1ndo se necesita).&nbsp;<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>No personalices la necesidad<\/strong>. Evita expresar tu petici\u00f3n en formato de primera persona, en t\u00e9rminos de \u201cyo quisiera\u201d o \u201cnecesito porque\u201d. Es mejor proponerlo en t\u00e9rminos objetivos, como \u201ces necesario\u201d.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>  \t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Primero ayuda a los dem\u00e1s<\/strong>. Construye una reputaci\u00f3n positiva de tu persona como alguien dispuesto a echar una mano. Por ejemplo, ofrece ayudar con una tarea peque\u00f1a o pregunta si a alguien le servir\u00edan algunas ideas para su proyecto.
