Pero esto no es necesariamente as\u00ed. Hay quien puede ser amable y pretender estar absolutamente en todo.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Aqu\u00ed hay 4 formas de estar atento para no caer en este pecado com\u00fan en la gesti\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Establece primero los resultados esperados<\/strong>. La pr\u00f3xima vez que asignes una tarea o proyecto, describe claramente el resultado que deseas y no cada paso que piensas que la persona d\u00e9 en el camino. Clarifica bien la meta y dales la autonom\u00eda y el espacio que necesitan para hacer el trabajo. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0 0 0 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">E<\/span><\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">vita cosas como:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abMe gustar\u00eda organizar un taller con tales personas, el d\u00eda X, que abarque los temas Y, para llegar a la resoluci\u00f3n Z\u00bb. Sin querer ya le explicaste todo el proceso, aunque sea de manera figurada.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Hazles visualizar los beneficios<\/strong>. No hay mayor motivador que tener claro las ventajas que esa tarea o proyecto nos traer\u00e1n. Haz ver al equipo los impactos. As\u00ed est\u00e1s provocando que emerjan los criterios que les servir\u00e1n para tomar decisiones con autonom\u00eda y cuidar el resultado.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0 0 0 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Los grandes l\u00edderes permiten que las personas experimenten, cometan errores, aprendan y crezcan. Es la forma como se convierten en mejores profesionales. Puedes preguntarles: \u00bfcu\u00e1l ser\u00eda la diferencia entre &#8216;hecho&#8217; y &#8216;bien hecho&#8217;? \u00bfqu\u00e9 factores har\u00edan ver que este\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">proyecto result\u00f3 bien?\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Fija expectativas claras para la retroalimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Al comienzo de cada nuevo proyecto, discute cu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo brindar\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n constructiva. Esto te permitir\u00e1 intervenir y redirigir el proyecto de ser necesario.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0 0 0 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Perm\u00edteles experimentar, cometer errores, darse cuenta y rectificar. Ens\u00e9\u00f1ales a analizar sus propios pasos y a aprender de las equivocaciones, en vez de que se averg\u00fcencen y lo\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">escondan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Busca perspectiva<\/strong>. Habla con tu jefe y cu\u00e9ntale sobre tu equipo: de c\u00f3mo est\u00e1s ayudando a tus colaboradores a crecer, de los avances que van logrando, y de tu plan a largo plazo.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a recibir tips, tomar confianza, demostrar competencia y<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0escuchar ideas.
