La recomendaci\u00f3n general es que s\u00ed lo hagas, pero esto supone haber iniciado a construir -previamente- una relaci\u00f3n de calidad y confianza.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Antes que nada, debes considerar si tu jefe est\u00e1 abierto a ello. Te servir\u00e1 observar \u00bfc\u00f3mo&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">recibe los comentarios de sus colegas o los de su propio jefe? \u00bfEs generoso ante ellos o le cuesta aceptarlos?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Tu decisi\u00f3n de compartir tu opini\u00f3n (o no), depender\u00e1 de la confianza que hayan construido y de los patrones de comportamiento que observes en tu jefe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Debes cuidar el momento correcto para hacerle tus comentarios. No lo hagas solo cuando sea conveniente para ti, sino cuando \u00e9l pueda estar mejor dispuesto y receptivo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">Comienza por dar a tu jefe comentarios positivos. Se\u00f1\u00e1lale las cosas espec\u00edficas&nbsp;que est\u00e1 haciendo bien, lo que valoras en \u00e9l. Muchos l\u00edderes no reciben este tipo de retroalimentaci\u00f3n positiva y esto siempre ayuda a generar confianza entre ustedes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prop\u00f3n tus comentarios en forma de ayuda. Por ejemplo, si escribieron un informe que es un desastre, podr\u00edas decir: \u201cCreo que podemos optimizar el informe mensual. Tiene un mont\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil, pero con 10 p\u00e1ginas, me preocupa que podamos perder gente. \u00bfQuieres que te ayude a acortarlo a cinco p\u00e1ginas? <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Ver\u00e1s que ofrecer feedback constructivo y con genuino deseo de ayudar, generar\u00e1 una conversaci\u00f3n personal que dar\u00e1 buenas pistas a tu jefe, a la vez que mejorar\u00e1 tu posicionamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;
