es un signo de una persona madura y de una cultura organizacional s\u00f3lida.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #333333; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pero nuestra idiosincrasia tradicional no nos ayuda a esto, m\u00e1s bien nos juega en contra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Crecimos pensando el&nbsp;<u>conflicto como negativo<\/u>&nbsp;y tendemos a evitarlo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Esto nos ha impedido entenderlo como natural y que no desarrollemos la capacidad de manejarlo en forma positiva. De hecho, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">el conflicto&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">agrava, cuando lo vemos&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">como un problema personal. Personalizar un problema es una forma segura para no resolverlo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">Cuando un conflicto nos ha dejado huellas por experiencias dolorosas, nuestra reacci\u00f3n ante el conflicto potencial ser\u00e1 evitarlo y darle la vuelta. Y cuando un problema no se resuelve, sino que se entierra y se pospone, solo se har\u00e1 mayor y es enga\u00f1oso asumir la falsa esperanza de que el tiempo lo remediar\u00e1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">Como l\u00edder, puedes ayudar a tu equipo a comprender la cara positiva de vivir cierta tensi\u00f3n en las interacciones del trabajo. \u00c9stas son algo normal y hasta saludables. Es lo que permite expresa<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">r una opini\u00f3n sincera,&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">debatir puntos de vista&nbsp;distintos y&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">confrontar una idea con la que no se est\u00e1 de acuerdo, en forma constructiva.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">Para construir esta cultura, puede ayudar este ejercicio que propongo a continuaci\u00f3n, que deber\u00e1s adaptar seg\u00fan la circunstancia. Aqu\u00ed lo adapto a dos situaciones principales: a los roles en un equipo, pero lo puedes adaptar seg\u00fan sea tu caso:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Dibuja un c\u00edrculo<\/strong>&nbsp;y div\u00eddelo en gajos. Un gajo (rebanada) ser\u00e1 para representar cada rol\/funci\u00f3n en el equipo\/organizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Haz un listado con los distintos roles<\/strong>. Cada puesto (o departamento) que existe en el equipo (u organizaci\u00f3n) equivale a un rol distinto.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Reflexiona con el equipo<\/strong>: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el valor \u00fanico de aporta cada puesto? \u00bfA qu\u00e9 grupos de clientes internos (stakeholders) sirve esta funci\u00f3n? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tensiones crea las funciones de este puesto en otras personas o grupos?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Anota las respuestas en cada gajo<\/strong>&nbsp;(rebanada)<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">del pay<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">sintetiz\u00e1ndolas con alguna palabra que resuma el&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">enfoque y el objetivo principal que cada uno persigue.&nbsp;Luego agr\u00fapalas. Ve&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">cu\u00e1les se contraponen y&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">\u00fasalas para ilustrar por qu\u00e9 chocan y entran en conflicto ciertos roles diferentes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Haz que en el equipo hable<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>sobre esto<\/strong>, y ay\u00fadales a ver por qu\u00e9 eso es positivo o, bien, qu\u00e9 se consecuencias habr\u00eda si el conflicto solo se entierra y no se gestiona.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">Por ejemplo, probablemente haya tensi\u00f3n entre los departamentos de Ventas y Operaciones, lo cual es com\u00fan, porque las Ventas buscan soluciones flexibles para las necesidades de los clientes, mientras que las Operaciones buscan estandarizaci\u00f3n y eficiencia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\">Tu equipo comenzar\u00e1 a ver que el conflicto que hab\u00edan visto como fricci\u00f3n interpersonal, en realidad es una tensi\u00f3n saludable y necesaria, originada principalmente por los roles diferenciados que tenemos, y tambi\u00e9n por las diferencias de enfoque dependientes de nuestras personalidades. Y que, cuando aprendemos a gestionarlo positivamente, nos hace crecer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0;
