margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Pero ser\u00eda bueno tomar conciencia de que cada uno de nosotros est\u00e1 siempre interpretando la realidad desde nuestro personal punto de vista y, si no desactivamos los supuestos y prejuicios, no hallaremos la puerta de salida.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer diferente para facilitar una soluci\u00f3n satisfactoria?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Valida la perspectiva de tu contraparte<\/strong>. Si consideras los hechos y los sentimientos implicados, mantendr\u00e1s el conflicto acotado al tema y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil resolverlo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Tu relaci\u00f3n con \u00e9l\/ella es m\u00e1s que ese momento<\/strong>. Ve el asunto en una perspectiva amplia para darle su justa dimensi\u00f3n, sin agregar factores que solo complican la situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Usa un lenguaje positivo<\/strong>. Muestra que valoras punto de vista del otro, a la vez que respetas el tuyo.\u00a0Por ejemplo, di algo como: \u00abcreo que este tema es muy importante y tenemos que hablarlo abiertamente\u00bb o \u00abcreo que has sido muy valiente de tu parte poner esto en la mesa, y yo valoro eso\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Refrasea lo que escuchas<\/strong>. Puedes hacer sentir considerado al otro si repites\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">lo que escuchaste en tus propias palabras y llev\u00e1ndolo a conclusiones. Por ejemplo: \u00abdesde tu punto de vista, esto implicar\u00eda tal cosa\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El otro es persona y, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de si tiene raz\u00f3n o no, hay motivos por los que ve las cosas de esa manera.
