Cada vez que interactuamos con alguien, se produce una reacci\u00f3n en \u00e9l, que expresa de diversas formas: en una frase o en el silencio, en un movimiento corporal o un gesto facial.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">El feedback, en tanto que es parte del proceso m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico de comunicaci\u00f3n,<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>est\u00e1 sucediendo siempre<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">lo queramos o no.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero no siempre estamos atentos a percibirlo, abiertos a recibirlo o dispuestos a aceptarlo. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu caso?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay quien <strong>se cierra <\/strong>cuando recibe feedback o reacciona a la defensiva: negando los hechos,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">justificando o, peor a\u00fan, molest\u00e1ndose por lo que se le dice.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Esto no es bueno para nadie: ni para quien busca dar un feedback ni para quien debiera recibirlo; provoca insatisfacci\u00f3n o hasta frustraci\u00f3n, se cierra una puerta o se crea distancia entre esas personas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Hay dos <strong>actitudes positivas<\/strong> ante el feedback. La primera es <strong>ser receptivo<\/strong> cuando lo recibes, lo cual no implica que la opini\u00f3n del otro es necesariamente correcta. Escuchar coon apertura no te obliga a dar por buena la opini\u00f3n de esa persona; solo a considerarla, pero es la mejor forma de dar espacio a la reflexi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">La segunda es <strong>ser proactivo <\/strong>y buscarlo; no depender de que te lo den o no.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Las personas maduras suelen ser conscientes de la trascendencia del feedback y ellas mismas propician y cultivan que suceda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Una forma de propiciar la retroalientaci\u00f3n es preguntar tras las interacciones relevantes. Es muestra de tener <strong>consideraci\u00f3n por el otro<\/strong> y una buena manera de verificar la comprensi\u00f3n de lo dicho, pero tambi\u00e9n su aceptaci\u00f3n ante lo expuesto. Y la mejor manera de conocer las <strong>expectativas<\/strong> que la otra persona tiene, no siempre manifiestas y dichas expresamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Todos quisi\u00e9ramos ser \u00abmonedita de oro\u00bb: poseer solo cualidades y que los dem\u00e1s las aprecien, pero esto no sucede as\u00ed. As\u00ed que\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">es normal reaccionar ante quien nos deja ver algo que no le gusta de lo que hacemos. Pero en la medida que <strong>nos hacemos conscientes<\/strong>, aprendemos a reaccionar favorablemente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">A nadie le gusta tener errores y que se los digan, pero el feedback es la oportunidad para descubrir c\u00f3mo construir una <strong>mejor versi\u00f3n<\/strong> de nosotros mismos y lograr mejores resultados, a trav\u00e9s de interacciones m\u00e1s satisfactorias para los otros y para m\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;
