Nos sentimos \u00abrotos\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Este fen\u00f3meno no es nuevo, pero se ha acentuado en el llamado entorno VUCA (vol\u00e1til, incierto, complejo y ambiguo), por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s. <strong>F<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>uimos educados para aparentar<\/strong> que todo est\u00e1 bien, para encubrir los sentimientos inc\u00f3modos, aunque por dentro andemos \u00abrevolcados\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Es com\u00fan notar\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">que cuando preguntamos \u00ab\u00bfc\u00f3mo est\u00e1s?\u00bb, la persona expresa duda al responder, porque los tradicionales \u00abbien\u00bb o \u00abmal\u00bb no reflejan la combinaci\u00f3n de emociones que hoy conviven en cada experiencia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Todos tenemos emociones encontradas y, sin embargo, <strong>dudamos en compartir nuestras ambivalencias<\/strong>, por temor a tocar el \u00e1nimo de los otros, por parecer vulnerables o inestables. Como si fuese extra\u00f1o sentir todo eso junto. Antes que todo, a cuidar la imagen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Recuerdo al Director General de una gran empresa en M\u00e9xico, con quien trabaj\u00e9 un proceso de cultura, quien es reconocido por su lliderazgo. \u00c9l <strong>expresaba con naturalidad<\/strong> sus temores ante puntos sensibles implicados en un proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Si eres l\u00edder de un equipo de trabajo o participas en una conversaci\u00f3n de grupo, t\u00fa <strong>puedes ayudar<\/strong> a que los otros acepten su ambivalencia; inclusive a aprovechar sus beneficios. Aqu\u00ed unas ideas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Hazles saber que est\u00e1 bien sentirse mal<\/strong>. Incluso alienta a que lo expresen,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">model\u00e1ndola t\u00fa mismo con ejemplos, como\u00a0\u00abDime una cosa que te entusiasme respecto al lanzamiento y una cosa que te ponga nerviosa\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Haz preguntas de orientaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. E<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">n las reuniones individuales,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">para que surjan emociones encontradas como modelo de pensamiento flexible.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Normaliza la ambivalencia emocional<\/strong>. En lugar de mostrar una optimismo a ultranza (<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">positividad ilusoria<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">) en las reuniones, que puede alienar a las personas, explica cu\u00e1ndo sientes m\u00e1s de una cosa sobre algo. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Hacer esto ayudar\u00e1 a que aprendamos a incorporar a nuestra cultura que <em><strong>est\u00e1 bien no estar bien<\/strong><\/em>, y a que quienes viven\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">desgarrados puedan sentirse vistos, conectados, afirmados y menos solos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
