margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si deseas formar un equipo diverso, t\u00fa y tu organizaci\u00f3n deben estar abiertos a una variedad de posibles candidatos, desde las formas de captarlos (reclutamiento), las herramientas a aplicar para su evaluaci\u00f3n, hasta las entrevistas de selecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Para que este proceso sea m\u00e1s inclusivo, es importante reducir los sesgos que suelen eliminar candidatos que pueden mostrar \u00abantecedentes no tradicionales\u00bb. Aunque m\u00e1s que en los antecedentes (datos), lo tradicional est\u00e1 en los criterios con los que se juzgan los datos.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Para evitar estos sesgos, les servir\u00e1n estas estrategias:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>1. Ay\u00fadales a visualizarse en la empresa<\/strong>. Facil\u00edtales imaginarse a s\u00ed mismos en la empresa. Cuando est\u00e9s redactando la descripci\u00f3n del puesto o entrevistando a un candidato, describe el panorama general del puesto en lugar de una lista de funciones o de habilidades especializadas, con t\u00edtulos y a\u00f1os de experiencia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">No te quedes en los t\u00edtulos y puestos de trabajo<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">. En lugar de leer curr\u00edculums o perfiles de LinkedIn para conocer la educaci\u00f3n y la experiencia de un candidato, observa otras experiencias no profesionales que \u00e9ste pueda tener, incluidas actividades de voluntariado o en colectivos de defensa, si le gusta escribir u otros intereses. Ese tipo de labores pueden ser m\u00e1s reveladoras que los t\u00edtulos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Conc\u00e9ntrate en el potencial, no en el pedigr\u00ed<\/strong>. Al entrevistar, haz preguntas que te ayuden a comprender no solo lo que han hecho, sino tambi\u00e9n aquello de lo que son capaces.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Haz preguntas abiertas que te den informaci\u00f3n significativa, por ejemplo:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><u>Reacci\u00f3n ante el error<\/u>.<\/span><em><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"> \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 estabas haciendo la \u00faltima vez que miraste el reloj y te diste cuenta que perdiste la noci\u00f3n del tiempo?\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><u>Capacidad de aprendizaje<\/u>.<em> \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las formas usuales con las que t\u00fa aprendes? \u00bfQu\u00e9 recursos utilizas para aprender? \u00bfCu\u00e9ntame de alguna experiencia?\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Este tipo de situaciones pueden ayudarte a descubrir la curiosidad intelectual y potencial de la persona, aspectos de su personalidad y sus motivaciones, que son m\u00e1s predictivos del desempe\u00f1o a futuro y de su capacidad de autogestionar su desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;
