Es la base de las relaciones humanas, donde adem\u00e1s de sobrevivir buscamos<span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0escalar socialmente<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitas hacer para que tu argumento sea escuchado y convenza?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Una nueva investigaci\u00f3n apunta a una idea llamada \u00abespejeo ling\u00fc\u00edstico\u00bb que, dicho en forma simple, es hablar de la misma manera que tu contraparte. Una de las expresiones concretas para lograr <em>rapport<\/em>, como ense\u00f1a la Programaci\u00f3n Neuro Ling\u00fc\u00edstica (PNL)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Cada uno de nosotros tiene un lenguaje y estilo de comunicaci\u00f3n propio, reflejo de nuestro sistema de pensamiento (<em>mindset<\/em>). C<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">uando reflejas el estilo de comunicaci\u00f3n preferido de la otra persona, \u00e9sta siente afinidad natural, quita filtros y se abre espont\u00e1neamente, y tu mensaje\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">resulta m\u00e1s persuasivo<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Entonces, cuando te prepares para presentar a un cliente o a un ejecutivo, en vez de centrarte en tu mensaje, descubre c\u00f3mo le gusta comunicarse a la persona al otro lado de la mesa.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Luego, elabora sobre su idioma. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Usa\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">formas afines a su mindset: p<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">alabras, frases y giros de lenguaje naturales para \u00e9l\/ella.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Este consejo aplica para las conversaciones formales y espont\u00e1neas. Van dos ejemplos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Si tu interlocutor es auditivo, funcionar\u00e1n mejor palabras como \u00abescucha, frases como \u00abesto suena bien\u00bb y una narrativa en forma de historia. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">S<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">i tu cliente usa el razonamiento lineal y l\u00f3gico, es m\u00e1s probable que lo persuadas con argumentos que se basan en gran medida en hechos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Para identificar el estilo del otro, debes escuchar activamente c\u00f3mo plantea preguntas o defendiendo su caso. Luego, sigue su ejemplo.
