P<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">uedes iniciar un muro de agradecimiento o un canal en Slack (o la red interna de comunicaci\u00f3n), dedicado para que los empleados se reconozcan entre s\u00ed. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0 0 0 40px;\">\u200b<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Esto funciona bien cuando no hay una cultura de comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y los<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0empleados pueden sentirse inc\u00f3modos al expresar su agradecimiento verbalmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Comienza con \u00abmomentos de gratitud\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u00a0Dedica 3 minutos al inicio de tus reuniones para que los miembros del equipo expresen algo por lo que est\u00e1n agradecidos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Crea puentes de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: donde los clientes (externos), los stakeholders (internos), los pacientes o quienes sean beneficiario de sus servicios puedan explicar c\u00f3mo son impactados positivamente por el trabajo de los empleados. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">No hay mejor momento para introducir estas pr\u00e1cticas que el inicio de un nuevo a\u00f1o, ya que todos estamos conscientes de lo dif\u00edcil que fue el a\u00f1o que pas\u00f3, y tenemos expectativas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">As\u00ed que adelante, empieza ahora.
