Parece demasiado obvio, pero es relevante reforzar su seguridad y coonfianza. Inv\u00edtales a hablar, a sincerarse sobre lo que piensan y\u00a0 sienten, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">y sobre lo que\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">les mortifica o les hace sentir presionados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Dales perspectiva<\/strong>. Recu\u00e9rdales que todo cambio en la vida siempre tiene un principio, un desarrollo y un final.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Dales un s\u00edmbolo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Puedes invitarlos a identificar un ritual que marque el momento y se\u00f1alar que est\u00e1n listos para lo que viene despu\u00e9s. Ej: tomarse unas vacaciones, comprarse una buena botella de vino, ir a un spa, hacerse una desintoxicaci\u00f3n o iniciar un proyecto creativo no relacionado con el trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Cuando las personas comparten experiencias, aun las m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles, su presi\u00f3n arterial, frecuencia card\u00edaca y otras funciones fisiol\u00f3gicas aumentan a corto plazo, pero luego caen por debajo de donde estaban antes, y permanecen all\u00ed durante semanas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;
