Pero tambi\u00e9n hay riesgos decidiendo grupalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Afortunadamente, existen t\u00e1cticas basadas en la ciencia del comportamiento que pueden ayudar a superar las desventajas y aprovechar los &#8216;pros&#8217; que aporta.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Aqu\u00ed van algunas ideas para hacerlo &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Mant\u00e9n el grupo lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o posible<\/strong>. Mientras m\u00e1s compacto sea, lograr\u00e1s maximizar enfoque.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Tener muchas voces aumenta la probabilidad de que se imponga el status quo. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Que tu grupo sea diverso<\/strong>, en todos los sentidos de la palabra. Esto reduce los sesgos naturales. Busca el balance con el punto anterior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Decide por consenso, no por mayor\u00eda<\/strong>. Para que funcione, una buena solcuci\u00f3n requiere del convencimiento y voluntad de todos, no solo de la\u00a0 mayor parte, que siempre excluye a los opositores.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Nombra a un \u00ababogado del diablo\u00bb<\/strong>.\u00a0U<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">na persona cuyo trabajo es buscar las posibles objeciones que otras partes podr\u00edan tener, de manera que el grupo tenga certidumbre aun considerando.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Modera la participaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>\u00a0de expertos<\/strong>. \u00c9stos siempre son valiosos para aportar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y una perspectiva diferente, pero ac\u00f3talos a opinar sobre temas espec\u00edficos y definiendo claramente su rol como observadores externos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Haz que el grupo tome responsabilidad compartida<\/strong>. Que opinen libremente pero asumiendo corresponsabilidad colectiva.
