Sin embargo, es un error generalizado dar instrucciones que se quedan solamente en el &#8216;qu\u00e9&#8217;, en el hacer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si deseas que tus colaboradores entiendan mejor la labor asignada y pongan a trabajar sus criterios y competencias para cumplirlas, aseg\u00farate de dejarles claras las razones que hay detr\u00e1s de una petici\u00f3n: <strong>explica el &#8216;por qu\u00e9&#8217; y no solo el &#8216;que&#8217;<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Para hacerlo, comienza por aqu\u00ed &#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Plant\u00e9ate algunas preguntas respecto al \u00abqu\u00e9\u00bb, como: \u00bfqu\u00e9 vamos a ganar? <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">\u00bfc\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el futuro si hacemos esto? O, s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">i no lo hacemos, \u00bfqu\u00e9 podemos perder? \u00bfqu\u00e9 est\u00e1 en juego?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Articula claramente el razonamiento. Piensa en la nueva acci\u00f3n que est\u00e1s pidiendo tomar a tu equipo. Piensa \u00bfqu\u00e9 implicaciones tiene para ellos? y acomp\u00e1\u00f1alos con una explicaci\u00f3n clara acerca del por qu\u00e9 vale la pensa hacer ese esfuerzo o ese cambio. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0 0 0 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Por ejemplo: necesitamos mejorar nuestras pr\u00e1cticas de contrataci\u00f3n, porque nuestro proceso actual no est\u00e1 captando a candidatos con la suficiente diversidad. Por eso,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">a partir de ahora les pido\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">hacer &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Abre el di\u00e1logo a dudas y retroalimentaci\u00f3n. Responde las preguntas que surjan y explica el proceso que condujo a la decisi\u00f3n. A esto ayuda que c<span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">ompartas tu proceso de an\u00e1lisis y decisi\u00f3n; las ideas que consideraste, exploraste, probaste y luego abandonaste. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">La transparencia que les muestras y el entendimiento del contexto, dar\u00e1n a tu equipo una motivaci\u00f3n adicional para trabajar con enfoque y compromiso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\">\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Con ello no solo ser\u00e1s m\u00e1s claro y persuasivo, sino est\u00e1s desarrollando a tus colaboradores, ense\u00f1\u00e1ndoles un proceso de an\u00e1lisis, de toma de decisi\u00f3n y de comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva.
