Si te reflejas en lo anterior:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Habla con tus clientes sobre sus est\u00e1ndares. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa un buen trabajo para tu jefe, tu colega o para tu cliente? <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Busca comentarios sobre sus expectativas en resultados, en costos y plazos esperados.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Verifica peri\u00f3dicamente y no esperes hasta que el proyecto haya finalizado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Fija puntos de control donde compartas el progreso: al 50% o al 80%.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Tu jefe o cliente podr\u00eda decirte que el trabajo es suficientemente bueno en ese momento. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes experimentar relajando un poco tus est\u00e1ndares y te des oportunidad a ver qu\u00e9 pasa, si de verdadse hacen realidad tus peores temores?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">A<\/span><\/span>naliza finalmente c\u00f3mo el perfeccionismo impacta en las relaciones de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u00bfEst\u00e1s estableciendo est\u00e1ndares poco realistas? \u00bfLa necesidad de lo \u00abperfecto\u00bb molestar\u00e1 a los dem\u00e1s y, en casos extremos, los alejar\u00e1?
