Algunas ideas que funcionan:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Crea espacios designados en la oficina donde los empleados puedan desconectarse. No tienen que ser tanto como las salas de siesta de Google. Pueden dejar alg\u00fan \u00e1rea en la que coloquen sillas c\u00f3modas o privados donde las personas puedan cerrar la puerta y trabajar a solas por un tiempo. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Promueve que los empleados separen bloques de \u00abtiempo de enfoque\u00bb en sus agendas. Es muy \u00fatil que todo el equipo est\u00e9 sintonizado a tengan estos bloques de tiempo a la vez. Esto evita distracciones entre ellos mismos y crea una cultura positiva de trabajo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Diles que est\u00e1 bien ignorar el correo electr\u00f3nico o plataformas colaborativas como Slack por unas horas. P\u00eddeles que configuren una respuesta autom\u00e1tica para que los clientes internos sepan que no est\u00e1n disponibles por esa buena raz\u00f3n. Por ejemplo: \u00abMe estoy alejando de mi correo electr\u00f3nico para terminar este proyecto.
