Otros tienen<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0alguna actividad grupal dentro de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">sus mismas juntas de trabajo, de modo que trabajan al equipo pero no a los colaboradores en lo individual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Mientras que los jefes y gerentes gestionan actividades, los l\u00edderes se ocupan en gestionar y desarrollar personas. Saben que sus colaboradores son<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0distintos uno de otro y tienen necesidades diferentes. Los grandes l\u00edderes no se limitan a desarrollar lo profesional, sino a la persona toda, pues las competencias m\u00e1s significativas para lograr grandes cosas no dependen del expertise t\u00e9cnico solamente sino, sobretodo, de competencias de interacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Si antes no lo has hecho, enf\u00f3cate a partir de ahora en el desarrollo de cada uno de tus colaboradores. Comienza por estas dos primeras ideas:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ten una <strong>charla abierta<\/strong> y franca con cada persona por separado, para conocer sus necesidades, intereses y expectativas. Entendiendo esto, sabr\u00e1s cu\u00e1les son los\u00a0<em>triggers\u00a0<\/em>que mueven a cada individuo, para extraer lo mejor de \u00e9ste y alinearlo con el resto para sumar a los resultados.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Haz que cada uno haga un <strong>plan de trabajo<\/strong>, apoy\u00e1ndose en actividades diversas (usa el modelo del 70-20-10) y re\u00fanete una vez al mes para charlar de c\u00f3mo va avanzando, de c\u00f3mo lo ves, de qu\u00e9 le recomiendas. Y no olvides preguntarle qu\u00e9 m\u00e1s puedes hacer para ayudarle en su crecimiento. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding: 0; margin: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Esto nutre adem\u00e1s la confianza y el compromiso.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;
