Consiste en entender las diferentes necesidades que los varios actores pueden tener, lo cual se puede resumir en esta pregunta: \u00bfQu\u00e9 se desea obtener de la conversaci\u00f3n: para ti, para la otra persona y, si hay, para otras partes involucradas? <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Considera estas recomendaciones:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Re\u00fane antes datos que sirvan para soportar tu posici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Ten muy presente tu objetivo es una buena manera de mantener el foco si las emociones aumentan en la <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">reuni\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si est\u00e1s a punto de solicitar un aumento de sueldo, anota ejemplos de c\u00f3mo has crecido en tu rol. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si vas a dar a alguien una retroalimentaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil, ten a la mano ejemplos de sus comportamientos: dichos y hechos. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Defiende tu punto de vista. No solamente lo expreses; explica c\u00f3mo llegaste a \u00e9l. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Escucha y comprende el punto de vista de la otra persona. Entender sus motivos facilita la conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Piensa tambi\u00e9n en las historias que te est\u00e1s contando sobre \u00e9sa otra persona. Por ejemplo, \u00bfVes a tu jefe como \u00abel enemigo\u00bb porque de \u00e9ste depende autorizar o negar tu solicitud de aumento?
