Una pr\u00e1ctica sana es tener en las oficinas un espacio (f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico) donde tomar un descanso o una breve siesta para reponerse. En Jap\u00f3n y otros pa\u00edses de Oriente es natural hacerlo durante el trabajo. No lo dejes a la suposici\u00f3n y d\u00edselos de manera expl\u00edcita. Haz patente eso que cada uno aporta al equipo. El aprecio hace crecer la confianza y estimula el ambiente positivo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Dales enfoque<\/strong>.&nbsp;En un mundo tan lleno de distractores, la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s afectada. Dar enfoque posibilita lograr m\u00e1s en menos tiempo, y con un mayor nivel de calidad.
