Pero si&nbsp;la presi\u00f3n se convierte en estr\u00e9s, esto depende de cada uno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Stephen Covey lo explicaba hace a\u00f1os como el Principio 90\/10. Dec\u00eda:<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\">no tenemos control sobre innumerables cosas que nos suceden, pero \u00e9sas equivalen solo al 10%, mientras que el 90% de lo que vivimos depende de nuestras reacciones.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\">La frase&nbsp;<\/span>\u00ab<strong>no es lo que te pasa&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>sino c\u00f3mo reaccionas<\/strong> a lo que te pasa\u00bb resume perfectamente esto. Abajo p<span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\">ongo varios ejemplos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">La buena noticia es que <strong>puedes cambiar tu forma predeterminada de reaccionar<\/strong>, con la que desde hace a\u00f1os has venido respondiendo a eventos semejantes.&nbsp;Incluso si eres alguien que se pone nervioso ante la presi\u00f3n, puedes reentrenar tu cerebro para que responda en forma m\u00e1s tranquila cuando ocurra un evento estresante.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Esto requiere tres cosas para comenzar: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 80px; margin-bottom: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">A) que tomes conciencia<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 80px; margin-bottom: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">B) que pidas retroaliemtaci\u00f3n&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 80px; margin-bottom: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">C) que practiques nuevos modos de reacci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Tambi\u00e9n te servir\u00e1 hacer <strong>una lista<\/strong> de cuatro o cinco eventos estresantes que te hayan ocurrido en el pasado y a los que lograste dar una soluci\u00f3n positiva. P<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">or ejemplo, tal vez hayas superado la ruptura de una relaci\u00f3n o hayas cumplido un plazo apretado en un proyecto.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">La pr\u00f3xima vez que sientas que comienzas a angustiarte, recuerda esos logros y la capacidad que tienes para accionar y hallar un camino para salir adelante. Elige una acci\u00f3n, peque\u00f1a pero significativa, que puedas tomar para que tu cerebro avance o, incluso, resuelva el problema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Ejemplos de situaciones y reacciones posibles &#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">No tienes control sobre el tr\u00e1fico en la ciudad, pero s\u00ed sobre enojarte o no ante eso y desquitarte con el del auto de al lado.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">No puedes evitar que tu avi\u00f3n se retrase, pero puedes controlar c\u00f3mo te sientes ante el retraso del vuelo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Una persona te hace una cr\u00edtica en mal tono, pero es una decisi\u00f3n tom\u00e1rtelo personal y molestarte por eso, o no.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si pierdes un proyecto o hasta tu empleo de nada te servir\u00e1 frustrarte, lo mejor es dedicar energ\u00edas a buscar esa nueva oportunidad.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si un buen amigo te contradice, la forma en que reacciones puede determinar que la amistad contin\u00fae o que puedas perderla.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Un joven reprueba una materia y puede reprocharse y hasta reprimirse&nbsp; negativamente, o planear presentar el examen extraordinario y estudiar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Si alguien discute con su pareja puede llegar al trabajo de malas, estar arrollado por las emociones el d\u00eda entero y hasta hacerle reaccionar mal,&nbsp; o simplemente dejar la discusi\u00f3n atr\u00e1s y dedicarse a su trabajo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Una joven fue abandonada por su pareja, es su decisi\u00f3n amargarse la vida por esta situaci\u00f3n (victimizaci\u00f3n) o analizar en qu\u00e9 pudo haber fallado (madurez) para no cometer el mismo error y seguir adelante con su vida.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Una persona a quien han diagnosticado una grave enfermedad puede deprimirse y pasar el resto de su vida lament\u00e1ndose por ese mal, o dedicar sus energ\u00edas a un tratamiento y a pasar feliz el resto de su vida.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #2a2a2a;
