Es&nbsp;inherente que busquemos estabilidad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Muchos dichos populares reflejan esta tendencia: \u00ab\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 tanto brinco si est\u00e1 el suelo tan parejo?\u00bb o \u00abNo le muevas al atole porque le salen los asientos\u00bb, que dio paso a<span style=\"color: #000a12;\">&nbsp;la expresi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/span>\u00ab\u00a1No le muevas!\u00bb que todos utilizamos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Es muy humano que si conduces un cambio sientas molestia hacia aquellos que muestran rechazo o nulo inter\u00e9s en apoyar o sumarse al proyecto. Pero si entendes que su reacci\u00f3n es natural, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que elijas acciones dirigidas a sensibilizarlos, involucrarlos y facilitar que se integren al proyecto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Es relevante hacer que todos se sientan considerados desde un inicio, siendo informados o inclusive tom\u00e1ndoles su opini\u00f3n. Para ello, podemos hacer algo muy simple: planear <strong>dos conversaciones cara a cara<\/strong> con cada persona que muestre alguna renuencia:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El objetivo de la primera conversaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 <strong>escuchar y comprender<\/strong> el pensar y sentir de nuestro colega. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 resistiendo a la iniciativa? o \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que en particular no le agrada? y por ello puede rechazar todo.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">El objetivo de la segunda conversaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 <strong>acoger sus ideas<\/strong>: mostrarle que has reflexionado y acoges sus ideas,&nbsp;expresarle lo que encuentras v\u00e1lido y ser\u00e1 tomado en consideraci\u00f3n, <strong>y explicarle<\/strong> cu\u00e1l es realmente tu enfoque sobre el cambio, el por qu\u00e9 de fondo y la diferencia que eso puede tener para el resultado. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Es una aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del 5\u00b0 h\u00e1bito de la gente altamente efectiva: \u00abPrimero entender y luego ser entendido\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Procura que estas conversaciones se den de dos a siete d\u00edas de diferencia entre la primera y la segunda, de modo que tu colega sienta que has considerado cuidadosamente sus ideas. Dedica suficiente tiempo a cada charla: la discusi\u00f3n debe ser sin prisas y permitir que te enfoques en el sentir de la persona que se resiste al cambio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;
