Al principio eran solo algunas funciones las que se pasaban a proveedores externos, pero en muchos casos son departamentos completos los que hoy operan a trav\u00e9s de alg\u00fan tercero.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">La \u00abtercerizaci\u00f3n\u00bb de servicios es sin duda un esquema que reporta beneficios&nbsp;en los temas de gasto y administraci\u00f3n pero que requiere ser gestionado adecuadamente para reducir los <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><em>contras<\/em>&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">asociados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Un primer error generalizado es ver y tratar a los empleados de <em>outsourcings<\/em>&nbsp;como \u00abterceros\u00bb. Esto va desde usar t\u00e9rminos para referirse a ellos por el color de su uniforme o el nombre del contratista que les paga, hasta ignorar o tolerar las pr\u00e1cticas laborales que les aplican y que no hacen sino resaltar lo distinto.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Terminan siendo tratados como ciudadanos de tercera y&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">hace que estos grupos nunca puedan sentirse parte de organizaci\u00f3n, trabajen motivados y den lo mejor de s\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Son vulnerados en uno de los esenciales del ser humano: el sentido de pertenencia. Sin embargo, los gerentes se quejan de la falta de compromiso de \u00abesos otros\u00bb, sin darse cunta que el sistema todo es desmtivador y que ellos mismos lo refuerzan.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Necesitamos entender que la empresa es un organismo y que todos los empleados deben verse y sentirse parte del mismo para que \u00e9ste funcione, si<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">n importar la raz\u00f3n social o la n\u00f3mina que les paga<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">. Pueden servir estas ideas: &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Con\u00f3celos<\/strong>. Ac\u00e9rcate a cada uno de ellos y no limites tu relaci\u00f3n a tratar solo con su jefe. Descubre qui\u00e9nes son, c\u00f3mo piensan, qu\u00e9 necesidades tienen para hacer bien su trabajo y <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">como personas<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">, qu\u00e9 les motiva.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><b>Fija expectativas<\/b>. Aseg\u00farate de que sepan claramente lo que se espera de ellos en el corto y mediano plazo. Inf\u00f3rmales de los planes de la organizaci\u00f3n y de los proyectos que est\u00e1n corriendo en los que participan. Cu\u00e9ntales no solo de las actividades que realizar\u00e1n sino del por qu\u00e9 de \u00e9stas, de los beneficios detr\u00e1s del reto.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Hazlos sentir parte del equipo<\/strong>. Ten reuniones peri\u00f3dicas donde est\u00e9s presente y te dirijas al grupo junto con sus jefes directos, mostrando que son parte de un solo equipo.&nbsp;Instruye a todos los miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n y particularmente a quienes son responsables directos y est\u00e1n tratando en el d\u00eda-a-d\u00eda con ellos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Al\u00edneen pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong>. Es muy importante que, en la medida de lo posible y con rangos y modalidades propias, los contratistas implementen pr\u00e1cticas institucionales similares a las que existen en la organizaci\u00f3n: trabajo por objetivos, bonos por desempe\u00f1o, retroalimentacion y reconocimientos, capacitaci\u00f3n y desarrollo. Hay muchas cosas que son factibles de homologar.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;
