Una causa primaria de la rotaci\u00f3n es la falta de correspondencia de la persona con la funci\u00f3n. Aseg\u00farense de que la experiencia previa de un candidato realmente se alinea con su propio mercado, geograf\u00eda, cultura, grupos de clientes y tecnolog\u00edas. Tengan presente la diferencia entre antig\u00fcedad (tiempo de ocupar una posici\u00f3n) y <em>expertise<\/em> (competencia en la funci\u00f3n).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Ponderar la visi\u00f3n<\/strong>. La mayor\u00eda de los vendedores poseen t\u00e9cncas de ventas, pero no todos poseen un criterio desarrollado para saber cu\u00e1ndo utilizarlas, para leer al tipo de cliente y sus motivaciones, para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente (no del vendedor) y entender los porqu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Proceso de incorporaci\u00f3n gradual<\/strong>. Es muy valioso cuando se pueden establecer posiciones temporales que beneficien a ambas partes, antes de ofrecer la plaza permanente. As\u00ed la empresa puede evaluar a la persona en el trabajo. Pero hay que cuidar que sea en esquema ganar-ganar, donde el candidato pueda lograr tambi\u00e9n mejoras en su paquete de compensaci\u00f3n o crecimiento interno.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Formaci\u00f3n y evaluaciones en el tiempo<\/strong>. La fuerza de ventas necesita adaptar constantemente sus habilidades a la din\u00e1mica de los mercados y a las motivaciones de los compradores.
