Eso obliga al gerente a permanecer supervisando las tareas asignadas, y esto no es eficiente ni para el gerente ni para el colaborador. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">As\u00ed que, tras ense\u00f1ar al novato las tareas b\u00e1sicas, el l\u00edder se centra en que \u00e9ste entienda el <strong style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\">por-qu\u00e9<\/strong> de esa actividad. La clave para esto es proveer al colaborador de informaci\u00f3n clara sobre la tarea encomendada (qu\u00e9-hacer), el resultado esperado (meta) y su relevancia (por-qu\u00e9).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 0; padding: 0;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Un l\u00edder solo debe fijar m\u00e9tricos, como \u00abatender el 100% las reclamaciones de los clientes\u00bb, sino debe cuidar que \u00e9stos centren al colaborador sobre <strong>la parte cualitativa<\/strong>, como \u00ablograr la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Y hay que ser bien espec\u00edficos sobre cu\u00e1les aspectos de la satisfacci\u00f3n son especialmente importantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0;
